The product exists. Search says no results.

Nothing frustrates a shopper more than three words. No results found. Especially when they know the product exists.
Try one is strict. Every term required, every filter on. It finds just 2. The searcher wants at least 5. So it doesn't give up. It relaxes.
Under 5 on the exact query? Drop the least important filters. Minimum rating, and price range. Still short? Fuzzy matching. Now a typo can still match. Then any term instead of all terms, as long as half of them match. And only at the very end, drop every filter, and search fuzzily.
The order matters. Rating and price go first. Category stays. It's a strong signal of what they actually want. Stock and brand stay too.
Fuzzy has rules. A word of 3 to 5 characters may differ by one edit. 6 or more characters, two edits. And the first 2 characters must match exactly.
Good search returns nothing for only 5 to 10 percent of searches. Over 15 percent is poor. So relax step by step. No results is never the answer.
