10:00 IST. Two million people and a few hundred thousand bots want 500 train seats. Every 10 seconds you read the door telemetry, set how fast the waiting room admits people, and pick one bot shield. Seats go out through one atomic counter, so nothing sells twice; the question is who gets them.
