A multi-car elevator controller: hall calls and car calls, why each car runs LOOK instead of press order, stops that remember the direction wanted, a cost-based dispatch strategy, a tick-by-tick simulated morning, one lock with listeners outside it, and follow-ups that land as new strategies.
